At Hey Chai Hello, each product is made to order just for you! Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or customizations. Please double-check your order details before placing it.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
